FAQs

Bidding & Auctions

Once approved as a buyer, go to any auction page and enter the highest amount you are willing to pay in the box labeled “My Maximum Bid”. Check the minimum allowable bid displayed below. Click “Bid Now” to submit. You will receive an email confirmation for each successful bid.

All bids are binding contracts. They cannot be cancelled once submitted, except for accidental entries (e.g., typing £1000 instead of £100). Use the Cancel link in the bid confirmation pop-up before final submission. Requests to cancel after submission may result in account suspension.

If a bid is placed in the last five minutes, the auction end time extends automatically by three minutes. This “Popcorn Bidding” ensures all bidders have an equal chance to win and prevents last-second sniping.

If the current winning bid is disqualified, the next highest non-winning bid may be restored as the winner at DealSavvy Global’s discretion.

Payments

Winning bidders must pay by midnight on the day the auction ends.

If you do not manually complete payment, our auto-payment feature will attempt to process your bids. We recommend manual checkout to ensure accuracy.

Accounts that fail to pay may be flagged or suspended. Suspended accounts can still log in but cannot place bids until the suspension is lifted. Contact support@DealSavvyglobal.com for disputes.
