Refund and Returns Policy
At DealSavvy Global, we take great care to ensure all orders are accurately described and delivered in good condition. Due to the nature of B2B liquidation and wholesale stock, the following are considered:
1. Final Sale
All purchases are final. Once goods are delivered and signed for, no returns or refunds will be accepted except for visible damage or missing items discovered at delivery.
2. Inspection & Claims
Buyers must inspect all deliveries immediately. Any discrepancies must be reported, with photos and a written summary, within 72 hours of delivery to support@DealSavvyglobal.com. Claims will be evaluated at our discretion.
3. Shipping & Risk
We arrange delivery via trusted logistics partners. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and may choose to arrange third-party insurance for transit protection.
